Trailer dries and transports woody biomass
Oct. 12, 2009, Abilene, TX – Texas Entrepreneur Randy Hill has released a video that shows the history and functioning of his Advanced Trailer for Biomass. The trailer has the ability to dry, store, and transport wood chips for biomass fuel.

“Since we announced the project at the University of Idaho to experiment with the trailer, we have been flooded with inquires about how the Advanced Trailer works and what it looks like,” says Hill, president and CEO of APT Advanced Trailer and Equipment. “This video will be a valuable tool in discovering how the trailer can work for you.”

The APT Advanced Trailer has been used for a number of years to dry and transport agricultural crops such as peanuts. Future research may examine its use to dry and transport corn residue.
