Group calls for national energy efficiency plan

Aug. 23, 2016 - A group of 10 architecture, energy and environmental stakeholders are pressuring the federal government to create a national plan to improve the energy efficiency of Canadian buildings. 

 

The group sent a letter to Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr and Environment and Climate Change Minister Catherine McKenna, asking the government to make good on its promise to reduce greenhouse gasses, starting with addressing energy inefficiencies at federally owned or occupied buildings.
