Sweeping climate change plan for Ontario?

May 19, 2016 - According to a recent report by The Canadian Press, Ontario Liberals are currently working on a $7-billion climate change plan that could include phasing out residential natural gas and increasing electric car ownership.
The report states that the province previously stated it plans to “cut greenhouse gas emissions to 15 per cent below 1990 levels by 2020, 37 per cent by 2030 and 80 per cent by 2050.”
