Agreement in place for Terrace pellet plant

December 9, 2013, Terrace, B.C. – Pinnacle Renewable Energy
Inc. and Coast Tsimshian Resources (CTR) has reached an agreement for the
development of a pellet plant in Terrace, B.C.

The agreement will see both parties work towards a fiber
procurement plant and a joint pellet plant. The location of the plant has yet
to be determined. 

The Lax Kw’alaams Band, who also owns the largest tree farm
license in the region, owns Coast Tsimshian Resources.
