Mar. 20. 2012 – In a preface to his session at the World Bioenergy Conference in Sweden
in two months, Andrew Lang discusses the huge difference between
Australia and Europe.

Published in the Brisbane Times, Lang writes about the huge amount of green technology available in the Nordic countries, and the huge disconnect that Australia seems to be experiencing.

"One important reason for these differences between the northern European
countries and Australia lies in the differences between our long-term
forestry policies and in the development of biomass as a critical
renewable energy resource."
