BCFSC launches Wood Products Manufacturing Supervisor Training program

The BC Forest Safety Council (BCFSC) has announced that the first of six courses in the Wood Products Manufacturing Supervisor Training Program is now available.

This first course, Leadership and Professionalism, will teach supervisors personal awareness, leadership skills, professionalism, team building and worker relations.

Anyone who is interested can enroll here for free.

BCFSC will make the remaining courses available later in the year. The courses will focus on effective communications, cornerstones of supervision, due diligence, orientations, training and skill development, and hazard identification, inspections and incident investigation.
