Oct. 31, 2017 - Montreal-based BioAmber has announced president and chief operating officer Fabrice Orecchioni has resigned.

Orecchioni will be assuming an advisory role with BioAmber, supporting a series of strategic initiatives through to Feb. 24, the company announced.

In September the company appointed Richard P. Eno as its new CEO, and new member of its board.

“I am enthused to joining the BioAmber team,” Eno said in a news release. “The company’s bio-succinic technology operates superbly at scale, there is a rich pipeline of attractive customer opportunities, and a world-class team in place. I look forward to leading the growth of this highly innovative company.”
