to address growing needs in the storage and reclaiming of
difficult-to-handle dry bulk materials. In biomass applications, both
companies will focus on bulk storage facilities.

According to Tank Connection president, Bill Neighbors, the two companies have
complementary product lines. Tank Connection specializes in dry bulk and liquid
storage containment products. Laidig specializes in dry bulk silo storage
reclaim systems for storing difficult-to-handle bulk materials, including grain
meals, wood residue, and other forms of biomass.

Tank Connection’s bulk storage tank/system involves an RTP (rolled, tapered panel)
bolted tank and Fusion coating. Bolted RTP construction is easily
containerized and installed globally using a specialized hydraulic screw jack
process. This tank construction process allows construction crews to install
large tanks at grade level, which is safe and provides effective quality
control in the field. This process will allow Laidig to install its reclaim
storage systems at locations worldwide.
