Oct. 6 – Kansas-based AESI has announced the EOS
series of biomass gasification boilers that convert waste
to energy, and offer high efficiency, wide fuel acceptability, low
maintenance,
and automatic ignition. Designed and built by Uniconfort of Italy, the boilers provide thermal outputs ranging
from 600,000 BTU/hour to 20 million BTU/hour, and can be staged to provide
increased capacity.
Features of the series:
- High heat exchanger surface and low smoke
temperatures guarantee high yields reaching up to 93%. - Two-part hybrid combustion system offers
the highest flexibility of biomass fuel acceptability. - Automatic cleaning system guarantees high
yield and drastically reduces required maintenance downtime. - Automatic ignition system allows better
system start / stop programming, which optimizes biomass input and emissions.
