Calgary Transit weighs switch to renewable diesel

According to a report from the Calgary Sun, Candaxa’s Jeff Brookman says the switch would allow Calgary Transit to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 90 per cent, enough to avoid the province’s recently introduced carbon tax. The tax will cost Calgary Transit an expected $3.75 million over the next two years.
