500 KW Merced County biomass power plant, it will concentrate its
operational activities solely on growing its participation level in
various alternative energy power plants, as well as build and operate
new green energy facilities in North America and around the world.

Thus far the results of the biomass pilot plant has met or exceeded
expectations to date and as the plant moves toward full scale
commercial production has the potential to yield significant revenue
growth. The current and future demands for alternative energy
generation will enable the Company to specifically target
