& Equipment LP in Abilene, Texas, has been awarded a patent from the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office. The Advanced Trailer has a unique drying system that can dry, store,
and transport peanuts, other agricultural products, and woody biomass.

APT Advanced Trailer and Equipment is best known for its trailers that are used to
procure and dry agricultural products. It has more than 3000 drying trailers
currently in service in all 10 U.S. peanut producing states across the United
States. It recently gained national recognition for its ongoing bioenergy
research, which uses its trailers to remove moisture from wood biomass
products. Over the past two years, Advanced Trailer has funded a number of
State University and private sector biomass-related research projects.
