Enbridge CEO says Canadian tax credits could be used in green energy transition

Canadian tax credits could be used to drive Enbridge Inc.’s energy transition, the company’s CEO says.
In 2020, Enbridge became the first major North American oil and gas company to commit to eliminating its net emissions by 2050.
The Calgary-based company is building solar power generators to power pump stations and has invested in offshore wind in Europe and on-shore wind farms in the United States. In Ontario, Enbridge is making hydrogen by using excess electricity when demand is low.
