
Fire breaks out at Great Northern Pellets

On Nov. 19, a fire broke out at the Great Northern Pellets plant in Upper Musquodoboit, N.S.
According to The Chronicle Herald, the fire was likely started by a spark from a boiler. Firefighters arrived at the site when smoke and fire filled a smokestack.
Since these stacks are typically made of metal, damage is expected to be minimal.
