Fire damages wood pellet plant in Merritt

Oct. 12, 2016 - Diacarbon's wood pellet plant in Merritt, B.C., is out of service after a fire caused significant damage to the plant's dryer unit this week.
The fire was contained to the dryer unit, but there was significant damage to the internal equipment. No one was injured in the fire.
