First wave of sponsors announced for 2018 Wood Bio Conference & Expo

July 24, 2017 - Organizers of the Wood Bioenergy Conference & Expo announced the first wave of exhibitor sponsors for the event to be held April 11-12, 2018 at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Hosted by Wood Bioenergy magazine every other year, this will be the fifth Wood Bioenergy Conference & Expo. It will feature 80 exhibitor sponsors and 40 speaker presentations covering a range of subjects and technologies involving industrial wood pellets, wood biomass power, in-woods chipping and biomass procurement.
Drying specialist TSI-Sigma Thermal, air emissions control specialist B&W MEGTEC and in-woods chipper and grinder manufacturer Morbark are the first Gold sponsors to sign up.
Early Silver sponsors include: Atlantic Combustion, Con-Vey, MoistTech, Pallmann Industries, Player Design Inc., Process Combustion, SUGIMAT and Timber Products Inspection.
Early Bronze sponsors are Flamex, GreCon, Wechsler Engineering and Georgia Forestry Commission.
The 2016 event drew 400 attendees, who in addition to participating in the meeting room sessions, heard eight keynote talks in the Grand Ballroom North delivered by executives from Enviva, Drax, Pöyry, Novo Power, Dominion Power and Ontario Power Generation.
