IEA Bioenergy releases large scale biomass firing report

April 1, 2016 - IEA Bioenergy have released a biomass firing report entitled, The status of large scale biomass firing: The milling and combustion of biomass materials in large pulverised coal boilers.
The 88-page report discusses the biomass fuels available for large-scale utilization in power plants, the principal biomass firing and co-firing options, the impacts on plant operation, co-firing case studies and more.
