K.D. prepares for expansion

March 31, 2014, New Liskeard, Ont. – K.D. Quality Pellets is
preparing for Phase 2 expansion of its New Liskeard pellet plant.

According to a report in Northern Ontario Business, the
plant has been running at 100 per cent capacity of its current production
level, which allows them to produce approximately 45,000 tonnes of pellet per
year.

Phase two of the pellet plant, which is expected to be
completed by the end of 2014, will allow the company to ramp up production to
200,000 tonnes of pellets per year.
