New pellet plant in NB

Oct. 15, 2009, St-Quentin, NB – Groupe Savoie is currently building a pellet plant in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick. The
new facility joins this forestry and forest products company’s fleet of sawmills
and pallet and component plants established in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and
Tennessee. The pellet plant should start production in April 2010 and will
produce up to 55,000 tons of hardwood pellets. The total cost of the project is
$8.5 million.
