New shredder from Vecoplan

announced its new shredder, the VAZ 1300 U-S, or, "Shorty", which features
a shorter feed ram, providing it with a smaller footprint and allowing it to be
retro-fitted in tight areas. Ram feed strokes are calibrated for maximum
throughput efficiency.
The VAZ 1300 U-S features
true dump and run operation, so entire containers of waste can be fed into its
hopper. It's hopper has a volume capacity of 3.75 cubic yards and a 52"x58"
hopper opening. Its 15" diameter rotor has 30 indexable cutting inserts, is
powered by a 100 HP motor and is fed by a two speed hydraulic ram.
