NewPage stops accepting wood
As the NewPage Port Hawkesbury mill approaches its shutdown dates, it has stopped accepting wood supplies.

Aug. 30, 2011, Nova Scotia – As the NewPage Port
Hawkesbury mill approaches its shutdown dates, it has stopped accepting wood
supplies from private woodlands and will stop accepting Crown wood on Aug. 31.
That means a lot of employees and business owners are looking for work
elsewhere.
