Just Energy sells Terra Grain Fuels

December 16, 2013, Regina, Sask. – Just Energy Group Inc.
has reached an agreement to sell Terra Grain Fuels, an ethanol production
company based in Belle Plaine, to a group of Saskatchewan-based businesses.

According to the report in the Regina Leader-Post, the
purchase includes Terra Grain Fuels’ $68 million debt load. The sale will help
remove the debt from Just Energy’s balance sheet, and allow the company to
focus on its core assets.
