B.C. ministry addresses bioenergy fibre needs Fibre supply is a major growth issue for B.C.'s pellet producers, and one that will be addressed head on at the 2013 Wood Pellet Association of Canada (WPAC) AGM next month. As part of a panel on fibre availability, Dave Peterson, deputy minister of forests, lands, and resource operations will address the issue of access to raw materials for bioenergy production.
New funding for biogas technology New investment will allow Anaergia Inc. to expand activities in the waste-to-gas renewable energy sector. Anaergia plans to use this funding to develop projects and provide solutions that assist waste producers by converting organic waste streams into valuable resources.
