that not all materials used for biofuel have the same environmental footprint
according to an article from Glenn Hurowitz of the Center for International Policy.  

The reports, provided by the European Union’s Joint Research
Center and the International Institute for Sustainable Development, show the
issues surrounding the use of soy and palm oils in biofuel production.
