N.S. adjusts NSP bioenergy regulation

According to the CBC, the government has removed the must-run designation originally set upon the plant when it first began producing electricity.

The change comes in the wake of public discussions on energy production in the province. Many of those who participated in the discussions expressed concern over the use of primary forest products used for electricity generation.
