OptiPellet opens registration for June workshop!

April 1, 2019 – Canadian Biomass, in partnership with the Wood Pellet Association of Canada, has opened registration for its inaugural OptiPellet workshop – the only event of its kind focused on current and future state-of-the-art pellet production technology.


On June 12 in Richmond, B.C., OptiPellet speakers will present on challenges and opportunities for optimizing wood pellet operations, and share ideas about getting the most for your money.

The day’s sessions will feature:
Keynote: FutureMetrics’ William Strauss will discuss capital improvement strategies prioritized by largest impact for lowest cost.

QC 4.0: BEA’s Philipp Koskarti will explain how the Professional Pellets Analyzer allows for continuous and fully automatic quality control in wood pellet plants.

Cleaner fibre: Pacific BioEnergy’s Shawn Bells will explain how they are leveraging Dieffenbacher’s ClassiCleaner to access higher-contaminated fibre streams.
