The new HVS-400 is 40% faster than the VP-400 (vertical form fill). The machine uses a 30 inch diameter flat film roll instead of pre-made bags, resulting in tremendous savings.
Operation with the HVS-400 is clean and dust-free. The machine consists of very few moving parts, requiring low maintenance.
The HVS-400 is a perfect fit with an AC-210 compact palletizer. It features film thickness down to 2.5 mils (63.5 microns) and comes with an option of a user-friendly colour touch-screen interface with comprehensive messaging for operation and trouble shooting.
The new AC-210 completes the packaging line. This new machine combines the advantages of a robotic palletizer with traditional palletizing technology. It is a cost-effective palletizing solution for low-speed applications. The AC-210 contains an electric four-axis positioning system with variable frequency drives and encoders. The pallet out-feed area includes a safety light-curtain and a dust-roof electrical cabinet for safe operation, as well as a pallet pusher for automatic operation.
The system is wired for quick installation and features two stacking patterns and a small footprint for very efficient layouts. The AC-210 also comes with the colour touch-screen interface option.
