Nov. 30, 2010 – The Township of
Dubreuilville will be able to more effectively identify and respond to
investment opportunities to help promote economic development in clean energy.
With support from the Northern Communities Investment Readiness (NCIR) program,
Dubreuilville and other communities in the Northeast Superior Region will be
able to profile local assets that could encourage clean energy companies to
start projects in the area. This initiative is part of the government's
five-year Open Ontario plan to create clean energy jobs and promote economic
opportunities in Northern Ontario.

"With help from the NCIR program,
northern communities can access the tools they require to attract, receive and
successfully entertain new investment opportunities in the clean energy
sector," explains Mike Brown, MPP for Algoma-Manitoulin.
