Renewable fuels industry benefits from budget 2017

March 23, 2017 - The federal government’s 2017 budget tabled by Finance Minister Bill Morneau yesterday includes large sums to reduce the country's dependence on fossil fuels and develop clean technology.
Cleantech Canada reports that Budget 2017 includes $400 million over the next five years to replenish Sustainable Development Technology Canada’s SD Tech and $1.4 billion over three years in project financing support to help cleantech businesses access capital.
