Sawmill gets Ontario wood supply

June 13, 2011 – Olav Haavaldsrud Timber
Company has accepted an offer of 220,000 cubic-metres/year of wood fibre to
expand production. The Hornepayne, Ontario, sawmill will also supply residual
wood to a cogeneration facility to produce clean energy, which is currently
under construction on the same site. The company produces dimension lumber in
lengths from six to sixteen feet, rough or planed, green or dried.

"We are pleased and encouraged that
the province has endorsed our plans of expansion and diversification for a
sustained long-term forest industry in Hornepayne, retention of the present
employment, and the opportunity to create and provide new jobs for Hornepayne
and the surrounding region," says Carlo Bin, president of Olav Haavaldsrud
Timber Company.
