By Netzch Pumps North America

March 7, 2019 - Netzch Pumps North America will be highlighting the NEMO B.Max Mixing Pump with auger at the 12th annual International Biomass Conference & Expo, which will take place March 18-20, 2019, at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center in Savannah, Ga. Stop by Booth 227 to learn more about the NEMO B.Max Mixing Pump, the ideal solution for bringing substrates to a biogas plant.

The new pump is particularly well-suited for fermented renewable raw material (NAWARO), liquid manure, process water, ground biowaste and food waste. It is also a good choice for preprocessed slaughterhouse waste, cosubstrates, concentrated substrates, and slop.

Experts will be on hand to discuss the NEMO B.Max, which features maximum mixing and conveying capabilities for biosubstrates. The pump’s advantages include maximum substrate homogenization, increased gas production, continuous low-pulsation conveyance – independent of pressure and viscosity – as well as high pressure capability, robust drive seals, low investment and operating costs, and high operating safety.

The NEMO B.Max pump housing features a large rectangular hopper and removable chamfered force-feed chamber and a coupling rod with patented, horizontally positioned auger, which guarantee optimal product feeding to the pumping elements. The positioning of the conveying supports on the hopper housing allows for maximum mixing of the substrate.
