WSM appoints new director of parts and service

WSM is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Garrett as Director of WSM Parts & Service. Dan has worked for WSM for over 22 years and brings a vast amount of experience to this expanded role.

“We consistently hear from our customers how important quick response for parts and service is to them,” said Mark Lyman, president of West Salem. “We want to ensure that our commitment is well understood by the industry and have further invested in our Parts and Service group by formally separating them from any new equipment responsibilities and adding personnel.”

“WSM has always placed an emphasis on customer service,” Dan said, “but now we have an additional push to ensure that our customers and even customers who may have other brands are being helped and serviced in an expeditious fashion.”
