About half of $12 billion in natural gas projects are located in British Columbia

A list of 70 natural gas-related projects amounting to more than $12 billion has been forward to the federal government by the Canadian Gas Association.

About half of the projects are in British Columbia, and include infrastructure projects, transportation, LNG projects and renewable gas proposals.

Natural gas and LNG from B.C. should warrant a green premium because the province has a lower carbon intensity, Canadian producers say.
