Norco manufactures PUMA Equipment productsMay 28, 2012, Superior, WI - Barko Hydraulics has announced it has acquired the assets of Norco Equipment Company to expand customer options in the forestry, bio-energy, recycling and right-of-way maintenance markets.

May 28, 2012, Superior, WI – Barko Hydraulics, LLC, a leader in the forestry and material handling
industry today announced it has acquired the assets of Norco Equipment Company of Oconto Falls, WI. The
acquisition will enable Barko to significantly expand customer options in the forestry, bio-energy, recycling
and right-of-way maintenance (ROW) markets while complementing Barko’s existing line of industry leading
material handlers.

Norco currently manufactures products under the PUMA Equipment brand headquartered in Oconto Falls,
WI. PUMA builds 4 and 6-wheel forwarders, track harvesters, processing heads, and firewood processors
that are both durable and technologically advanced.
