Biomass facility hosting public tours

Jan. 2, 2012, Wichita, KS - For two days in February, Advanced Energy Solutions Inc. will hold public tours for its Kansas Biomass Research Institute facility.

Jan. 2, 2012, Wichita, KS – For two days in February, Advanced Energy Solutions Inc. (AESI) will
hold public tours for its Kansas Biomass Research Institute (BRI) facility.

The biomass power and testing facility will be open for free tours on February 1-2, according to Biomass Power and Thermal, and will feature "presentations and discussions on emissions controls,
combined-heat-and-power (CHP) applications, fuel handling and storage
techniques, permitting requirements, and measures for overcoming fuel
challenges."

During the tour, participants will be able to observe the biomass energy production facilities, as well as how each biomass sample is tested and how the results are analyzed.
