Forestech files suit against German Pellets

June 12, 2012 – Forestech Energy has filed suit against German Pellets
regarding a failed promise to form a partnership to sell wood pellets to
Europe.

According to an article in the Southeast Texas Record, Forestech met with German Pellets after planning a mill in Woodville and obtained a shipping site in Beaumont. While the business plans flourished, the suit claims that German Pellets has not yet completed construction, which has resulted in Forestech being unable to proceed.

"In its complaint, Forestech alleges breach of contract, unjust
enrichment, misappropriation of trade secrets, common law fraud,
constructive fraud and disgorgement."
