Keynote speaker annunced for PFI Annual Conference

June 19, 2012, Mashantucket, CT - The keynote speaker has been announced for the Pellet Fuels Institute Annual conference, to be held July 29-31 at Foxwoods Resort.

Annual conference, to be held July 29-31 at Foxwoods Resort.

Christiane Eggar, Deputy Manager of the O.Ö. Energiesparverband, the energy agency of Upper Austria, will be giving the keynote address at the conference. Christiane is an industry leader and an expert in energy efficiency in buildings, solar and biomass heating, and in dissemination and promotion of sustainable energy production and use. She is also conference director for World Sustainable Energy Days.
 
The conference education program is filled with topics of great importance to the industry, including mill safety, standards, state and local initiatives, and opportunities in commercial/industrial markets. Two featured panels include:
