New sales manager for material handling co.

July 14, 2011, Farmington Hills, MI – Jervis
B. Webb Company, a provider of innovative material handling solutions, has
named Mike Roberts as regional sales manager of its Bulk Material Handling
(BMH) division. In this role, he is responsible for supporting business
development and sales throughout North America. Webb’s BMH division provides
durable and reliable systems to industries such as power generation,
biomass/biofuel, mining, and pulp and paper.

Roberts has more than 20 years of experience
working in bulk material handling. He has enjoyed a successful career in the
solid waste, recycling, and scrap metal industries, where he provided material
handling and processing solutions. Before joining Webb, he was sales manager
for an engineering and manufacturing firm that provided equipment for shredding
and separating ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal.

“Mike will be a great asset to our team.  His previous
leadership and experience in implementing processing solutions in the recycling
industry will help grow our bulk and biomass handling business,” says Noel
Dehne, vice president of BMH sales.
