SDTC fund session hits March 9

February 25, 2015
By Scott Jamieson

Feb. 25, 2015 - Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) is currently accepting Statements of Interest (SOI) for their SD Tech Fund and SD Natural Gas Fund.  The application window will be open from February 18 - April 15, 2015.

To support this round of SOI’s, SDTC will be hosting a funding workshop to provide key information and practical guidance to cleantech entrepreneurs who want to apply for SDTC funding.  While this workshop is being held in Ottawa, this year SDTC and partners have organized a series of satellite workshops for individuals to participate from select additional locations (via webinar).

The Biomass Innovation Centre has partnered with SDTC to host a satellite funding workshop in North Bay, Ontario, to take place on:

When: March 9, 2015
Where: Nipissing University (North Bay campus), Room H110
Time: 9:00am to 12:30pm
Registration: Click here to register (seating is limited)

The SD Tech Fund is designed to support the development and pre-commercial demonstration of cleantech solutions.  The aim is to increase each solution’s chances of successfully making it to the marketplace, and help Canadian entrepreneurs carry out their innovation efforts within Canada.  Additional satellite locations for this workshop will take place in Toronto and Waterloo (visit STDC for further details).

If you are a cleantech entrepreneur looking for funding support to bring your innovative technologies to market, this workshop is for you!
