June 21, 2011 – Mike LaGoe has joined
Vecoplan as project engineer/manager. LaGoe, formerly engineering manager at a
leading manufacturer of air pollution control systems, brings 12 years of
practical experience to his new position at Vecoplan.

LaGoe’s responsibilities will include
coordinating the design and development of large-scale, turnkey systems for the
processing and production of alternative fuels from biomass and waste, as well
as general waste treatment systems. To ensure continuous quality control, he
will also oversee the manufacture and implementation of his projects once the
engineering phase has been completed.

“The rapid growth that we’ve experienced,
especially in the design of large integrated systems, has made it necessary for
us to expand both our facilities and our personnel,” states Gary Kolbet, vice
president of engineering at Vecoplan. “We are fortunate to have someone of
Mike’s calibre and expertise join our engineering team here at Vecoplan.”

Vecoplan specializes in process engineered
fuel technologies, including receiving, size reduction, screening, separation,
material handling, storage, metering, feeding, and integrated control systems.
