
WPAC launches new website

May 8, 2012, Prince George, BC - The Wood Pellet Association of Canada (WPAC) launched its all-new website today, providing members and the public with all new information and functionality in a modern design.
Re-designed and built in conjunction with Canadian Biomass, the site includes up-to-date information on wood pellet manufacturing, the benefits of using wood pellets in a number of applications, membership information, contact information on members and associate members, and more. New features include:
- Up front news and views section, including articles from Executive Director Gordon Murray.
- Live news and industry event feeds, updated daily courtesy of Canadian Biomass.
- Pellet primers on Canadian production, sustainability, and environmental benefits.
- Market feeds on pricing for natural gas and oil, and coming soon, wood pellets.
- Industry links
Like any good website, the all-new www.pellet.org is a work in progress. Drop back regularly to see such coming additions as WPAC presentations and technical publications, wood pellet pricing widget, information on domestic pellet use, a report on the Canadian marketplace for pellets, Gordon Murray's latest article, and more.
