Call for papers: European Biomass Conference
The 19th European Biomass Conference and Exhibition will take place in Berlin, Germany, on June 6–10, 2011.

Jan. 17, 2011 – The 19th European Biomass
Conference and Exhibition will take place in Berlin, Germany, on June 6–10, 2011. The
call for papers is open, and abstracts must be submitted by January 31, 2011.
Major conference subjects include: biomass resources; biomass conversion
technologies for heating, electricity, and chemicals; processes for fuels from
biomass; technology deployment and industrial demonstration; and biomass
policies, markets, and sustainability. All information about the conference
subjects and detailed guidelines for the abstract submission can be found in
the final call for papers, available at the conference website.


Now a yearly event, the conference and
exhibition is held at different venues throughout Europe. The technical program
is coordinated by the European Commission, DG Joint Research Centre, and the
event is supported by organizations such as the European Commission, the United
Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the World
Council for Renewable Energy, and the European Biomass Industry Association.
