Pinnacle postpones AGM due to COVID-19

Pinnacle Renewable Energy recently announced that the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for May 5, 2020 is being rescheduled to June 23, 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 virus.

“The health and safety of our communities, shareholders and other stakeholders are of utmost importance to Pinnacle,” said Rob McCurdy, CEO of Pinnacle. “Despite the AGM being more than six weeks away, we have chosen to exercise an abundance of caution and postpone our AGM to late June given the uncertainty of the public health impact of COVID-19.”
