PyroGenesis Canada to acquire AirScience Technologies

PyroGenesis Canada has signed a letter of intent to acquire AirScience Technologies Inc. for $4.8 million.

AirScience Technologies designs and builds gas upgrading systems for the conversion of biogas into renewable natural gas (RNG) which is produced from organic waste in landfills, household and agricultural waste, and wastewater sludge.

AirScience Technologies sells the RNG converted from landfills into the natural gas pipeline network, and reduces the need for conventional gas.
