Resolute now officially a part of Paper Excellence Group

The Paper Excellence Group through its wholly-owned subsidiary Domtar, successfully closed the acquisition of Resolute Forest Products.

The group stated in a release that this acquisition creates a stronger and more resilient diversified forest products company. The acquisition of Domtar in 2021 and Resolute significantly increases the group’s scale, overall product offering and geographic reach, added the company added.
