FutureMetrics publishes new dashboard modelling South Korean power market

FutureMetrics has published a new free dashboard.

The new dashboard allows the user to experiment with many critical inputs that model a South Korean power plant’s net cash flows.

South Korean demand for wood pellets has declined due to a dramatic fall in REC (renewable energy certificate) prices.

The two charts below illustrate this.

This free dashboard shows how wholesale power costs, coal costs, pellet costs, and REC prices contribute to the net of revenue minus total costs.
